ü  Strategies, Business Plans, and Assistance in Fund Raising

  • 2004:  Business Plan development and raising capital for a Fort Lauderdale based start up in the health food industry.  This company produces its own branded soy based products for distribution in supermarkets and the services industry.  Mr. Paz also coordinated the activities with the company’s investment bank to become public in the Pink Sheets market.  The Company has been successfully trading in the Pink Sheets since May 2004 and is receiving funding for its business plan requirements.  Straglobus continues to provide on-going support in updating the Company’s business plan.
     
  • 2004:  Business Plan development and raising capital for a Miami based 18-year-old manufacturer of water purification equipment and alternative fuel systems.  This company has an active presence in 53 countries in all continents.  The company is now public in the Pink Sheets market and has started to receive funding.  Straglobus also assisted in the process to become public and raise the necessary funds.
     
  • 2004:  Business Plan development for a Miami based long distance company to enter the VoIP market in Latin America.  The Company has implemented this business plan and has operations in several Latin America countries.
     
  • 2004:  Five-Year Financial Projections for a Miami based start-up medical practice.  The forecast was integrated in to the customer’s business plan for the purpose of obtaining a $500,000 line of credit from a commercial bank.  The bank approved the line of credit based on the business plan and on the shareholder’s credit worthiness.
     
  • 2004:  Business Plan development and raising capital for a Silicon Valley based start up to raise funds from the public markets and acquire companies in Asia, Latin America and the US. 
     
  • 2004:  Financial Forecast model development for a UK based automobile services company for seven European countries.   Project was completed on a record time after two other consultants had failed to deliver to customer’s satisfaction.
     
  • 2005:  Business Plan development and raising capital for a US and China based company in the value added mobile and fixed telecommunications industry.  The Business Plan was used by the company to become publicly traded in the Pink Sheets market.  The company is currently raising over $10 million dollars utilizing the plan developed by Straglobus.  The company became public in the second quarter 2005. Straglobus also assisted in the process to become public and continues to support the efforts to raise the necessary funds.
